Blitz recipe: Delicious one-pot pasta al forno – ready in 30 minutes

Today it's Italian! This one-pot pasta not only reminds you of summer vacation, but is prepared in just one pot. With so little washing up, cooking is a lot of fun.

The ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g fettuccine
  • 190g basil pesto
  • 400g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)
  • 100g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 100g Parmesan
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 100g cream
  • Salt pepper
  • at least 170g mozzarella
  • 2 sprigs of fresh basil
  • approx. 10 cherry tomatoes/colorful small tomatoes

The preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 175° for a fan oven. Cook the fettuccine al dente in a large saucepan or casserole dish, drain and return to the still warm saucepan.

2. Add the pesto, chopped tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, feta cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt and pepper one after the other and stir gently. Pour the cream over the top and top evenly with the mozzarella slices.

3. Bake the one pot pasta casserole for 15-20 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and lightly browned.

4. Garnish the finished casserole with basil leaves and the halved tomatoes.
